New beginnings...

It's finally happened, I've delved into the world of online blogging.  I'm Drew, a 23yr old brit from sunny Wolverhampton.  I've just spent three years living in Bangor, North Wales Studying Sports Science and became pretty obsessed with climbing rocks.  During that time I've been keeping track of various peoples blogs, most of which being 'wads' from the climbing world, but never had the need or desire to blog myself...until now.  Why now? Because, I've graduated, I'm living in Canada, I'm hopefully about to spend the next few years climbing, skiing and travelling around the world and I'm totally useless at trying to keep a diary...  So what better way to keep track of my mischief?

The Office - Sunshine Village

Right now, I'm living in Canmore, the outdoor mecca of the Canadian Rockies.  I've been working trail crew at sunshine village since November and can quite honestly say I've loved every minute.  The place and the people have been nothing but inspiring and the ski scene is uber fun (lots of drinking and partying) and I've made loads of new friends from all over the globe so if your thinking about doing a ski season yourself...do it!! 

Reeet, The first trip on the cards after the season is over, a 90 day send-fest throughout western America with my good friend Steve.  Were currently going through the motions of planning right now, looking into venues and generally throwing brain farts into the mix but I just wanted to get this thing made and ready for when were good to go.  All I can say right now is that we intend to start the tour in Los Angeles at the beginning of May, so stay tuned!
